Discuss with your supervisor if you have a specific role in the Expo. Badges are required for entrance into all the Expo activities. All employees attending the Expo must have customer facing responsibilities and are expected to work full days. Retailer Meeting Rooms
If you plan to host a meeting with your retailers, a master list and schedule for meeting rooms will be available. Meetings will be limited to two hours, as we want to make sure all retailers have enough time to view the Expo floor.

Please include the following in your email request: Retailer's name, number of people attending the meeting and preferred time of meeting. From there, we will review all the options available and be in touch with more details.

Hotel Accommodations for Employees
SUPERVALU has reserved several hotels around the downtown St. Paul area. Hotel accommodations will be available for SUPERVALU employees that do not live in the Twin Cities metro. All other employees who wish to stay in St. Paul will be responsible for their own hotel accommodation charges at the SUPERVALU discounted group rate. Please indicate on your registration form if you will require hotel accommodations. Your hotel assignment will be confirmed via email communication approximately one month prior to the Expo.
